Miles has a lot to smile about after a festive holiday season.
He spent Christmas Eve in Arcadia, California with the Molinas, Olsons, Chapas, Burkes, Bernasconis, and the Willi. Miles was a huge hit at the party, as he enjoyed meeting some of the family for the first time.
Here he is with Alexis, the daughter of Jill's cousin Greg and his wife Tina, and the hands-on favorite for cutest freckly red-head in the world.
When Miles was not busy posing for pictures, he spent the majority of time asleep in his sling, which allowed Peter to call dibs on the comfy leather recliner and dive into a nice bottle of wine.
On Christmas morning, Miles awoke to his first Christmas stocking.
In the days following Christmas, Miles encouraged his parents to explore Santa Monica for post-Christmas sales.
On New Year's Eve, the SoCalAllens enjoyed a Chinese feast at home with friends Julie and Ben who are getting married on Cape Cod this summer.
After our little dinner party, we poured two glasses of champagne to toast the new year, but Miles distracted us with a rather impressive hissy-fit.
Risa came to the rescue, but Miles was inconsolable.
After Risa realized that there was nothing she could do to help Miles, she returned to her champagne wishes and canine dreams.
The evening ended with Miles enjoying a toast of his own in Jill's loving arms.
